Who Are We

My name is Peter, and I live in Cumbria, where I run three businesses — two based in Carlisle, and this one, which I'm able to manage from anywhere.

My entrepreneurial journey began back in 1997, and like many great stories, it started out of necessity. At the time, I couldn't afford a computer, so I bought all the parts wholesale on eBay, built one myself, and sold the remaining components to cover the cost. There was just one problem — I had no idea how to build a computer. After picking up a copy of "Building a PC for Dummies", I took the plunge, built my first machine successfully, and soon found myself consistently buying and selling computer parts online.

By 1998, I had my first idea for a website. Again, I didn't know how to start, so I turned to another Dummies book — "How to Build a Website." Six months later, I had a functioning site. It didn't do much at first because I knew nothing about marketing, but it was a start. Over the next few years, I built several more sites with mixed results until 2006, when I finally created one that gained real traction.

Our Approach

Since then, I've built over a hundred websites across various platforms, helping many other businesses along the way — often free of charge at first. In 2022, I decided to formalise my experience by earning official qualifications through Google, adding 11 Google Certified Certificates to my skill set. Since then, I've continued building websites, automations, and digital systems for clients, all while scaling my own ventures. Over my career, I've helped build and grow nearly 15 businesses — from a small window-cleaning round to our current company, LSW Sofas.

Over the years, I've worked with all major website platforms, but my strongest expertise lies in Shopify — our go-to platform for eCommerce sites. That said, we also create custom one-page websites, service-based pages, and landing pages for a wide range of industries, including builders, decorators, salons, plumbers, gyms, and shops. Every project includes SEO-optimised content, structured page design, and even AI-powered chatbots to engage your customers.

While I've worked with all major website platforms, my main focus is crafting performance-driven Shopify websites that combine strong design with conversion-focused functionality. Beyond design, I handle the full picture — from writing SEO content and structuring site architecture to setting up automated systems and smart chatbots that save you time.

What We Deliver

Around 18 months ago, we began exploring AI automation — and it completely transformed how we work. We've built advanced AI agents, workflows, and websites that integrate automation seamlessly, earning additional Google certifications in the process. Implementing these technologies within our own business has been game-changing, saving countless hours and unlocking new ways to scale.

The difference has been incredible. Tasks that once took hours now take minutes — emails that used to consume two hours a day now take roughly 20 minutes. Our social media content runs automatically, and our weekly blog posts now take just ten minutes to research and publish, dramatically improving our SEO and Google rankings.

That experience inspired our mission: to help other business owners achieve the same time freedom and efficiency through automation and AI integration.
